General overview
The SAT is a venue combining a performance hall, an immersive dome, a research laboratory, a restaurant, and a café.
All our events held at SAT are accessible only to individuals aged 18 and above.
Two stages will be set up at SAT: one on the ground floor (SAT space) and the other on the third floor in the dome (Satosphere):

Outside alcohol is not permitted at any time.
If you need to step outside during the event, the designated exit doors will be located next to the doors through which participants enter the venue. Participants can re-enter the venue by showing their stamps at the entrance.
Space access and navigation
Wheelchair accessibility
The entrance to SAT is at ground level, and no ramp is necessary. The flooring is made of asphalt. The entrance consists of two double doors separated by a vestibule.The SAT Space is located on the ground floor, to the right of the entrance, accessible through a corridor with a width of over 92 cm. All seats are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
The Satosphere is located on the 3rd floor and can be accessed through a corridor of over 92 cm wide. For more information, please refer to the "Stairs and Elevators" section.
Bathrooms
Wheelchair-accessible toilets equipped with grab bars are available on the espace SAT, near the sound and light control booth, and at the 3rd floor of SAT. The SAT space toilets have sufficient maneuvering space for electric wheelchairs.All toilets at the SAT are gender neutral.
Stairs and Elevators
SAT has 4 floors accessible by stairs or an elevator. The elevator is located on the left side of the SAT space. There are 20 steps between each floor.Water
Please bring a re-usable water bottle.The bar in the SAT space will serve free water. A water fountain will also be placed in this space (location to be defined).
Available food
No food is available during our events at this venue.Support and harm reduction
Chill zone
A chill zone is located on the left side of the entrance to the SAT space. It consists of tables, chairs, and bean bags.GRIP kiosk and harm-reduction volunteers
Present in all of our events, GRIP (Research and psychosocial intervention group) informs on the realities of substance uses and combinations, reducing the risks of consumption-related harm.GRIP staff will be present to support people’s experiences, identifiable in purple GRIP shirts. They are sober and trained in harm-reduction.
dir="ltr">A kiosk containing educational information and materials to promote safer consumption will be present in the basement, next to the toilets.
Prevention of Sexual Violence
The SAT staff is trained in the program "Commande un angelot" designed to address sexual violence in bars and festive events. If you find yourself in an uncomfortable situation or think you are witnessing one, you can go to the counter and notify a staff member by ordering an angelot. At that moment, the staff members will be responsible for assisting you to the best of their abilities.Non-alcoholic beverage

Esplanade Tranquille’s street address (1442 Clark) is inside a pedestrianized zone (universally accessible).Bike
The surrounding bike lanes are located along Saint Urbain Street (protected lane) and Maisonneuve Boulevard (shared lane). There is no bike lane on the street where the venue is located.Bixi

Visual and audio effects may affect some individuals in a negative way. Photosensitivity varies from person to person; please note that while we do our best to identify potentially triggering performances ahead of time, many of our shows are audiovisual and could contain certain visual images, including flashing lights or patterns, which may be triggering.

Bouchons d’oreilles
Earplugs are available for free at the GRIP kiosk.EarPeace earplugs, offering optimal protection without compromising sound quality, are available for purchase at our merchandise stand.
Odeurs
There are no scents involved in the production of the performances. However, we are not able to guarantee no scents from audience members or the use of other chemicals in the space ie. cleaners, paints, etc.ASL-Music interpretation
